For over 40 years Lockwood's iconic 001 Double cylinder Deadlatch has been securing homes in Australia. Now you can upgrade your mechanical 001 Deadlatch to a smart solution. 

The 001Touch Plus Smart Deadlatch, connected by Yale Home, opens up your home to a range of smart lock features. You can control your lock using a PIN code, a Key Tag, or simply from your mobile devices. Using varying technologies including Bluetooth and GPS as well as the Yale Home App, the auto unlock function unlocks your door as you approach without the need to take out your phone. With 24/7 lock activity, you can see who and when people accessed your lock, when your mobile is connected to the lock via Bluetooth. The DoorSense™ position sensor checks the status of your door and tells you if your door is open or closed.

The 001Touch Plus Smart Deadlatch can be upgraded with the Yale Connect Plus Wi-Fi Bridge (Item code: AYR-BDG-CB2-ANZ, sold separately) to access your lock remotely, as well as voice assistant capability - easily integrate it into your Google, Samsung or Alexa enabled smart home devices.

  • Ideal external door Lock: The Lockwood 001Touch Plus™ operates with a Deadlatch and is suitable for use as a standalone lock or with an additional latch and lever/knob.
  • Connected by Yale Home App: The 001 Touch Plus Smart Deadlatch, connected by Yale Home*, opens up your home to a range of smart lock features.
  • Tailor user access: Use either the Yale Home APP, Keypad, Lockwood Contactless Key Tags or mechanical key to access your lock. 
  • Share access with others: Share access with family and friends always, a date period or select days and times. 
  • Auto unlock: Auto unlock your door as you walk up without the need to take out your phone.
  • Auto lock: Enables your door to lock automatically after a predetermined amount of time (up to 30 minutes) has passed.
  • Secure mode: You have the option to deadlock the 001Touch Plus with the internal key from the inside.
  • Easy to retrofit and new installation: Compatible with most 60mm backset deadlaches**.
  • Conforms to Australian Standard AS4145.2-2008: The 001Touch has been tested in accordance with the Australian lock standard.

**The 001Touch Plus Smart Deadlatch is designed to replace or upgrade other Lockwood locks, such as the Lockwood 001, 002 deadlatch, and 100, 201, 211, and 213 Nightlatch and stream latches (additional fixing holes and modifications to the door frame are required).

  • Low battery
    The Low Battery indicator on the front of the lock illuminates when battery level is low. You will also receive the low battery warning from Yale Home App and email to your registered account once you connected to Yale Home App.

    Emergency battery connection
    In the event your battery goes flat you have two battery contact points that fit a standard 9V battery, you can place the battery here and power the lock temporarily to enter your pin or key card.
