ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Australia operations will close for the holidays from Friday, 20th December 2024 returning Monday, 6th of January, 2025.
Our Melbourne distribution centre will continue to operate, along with our Customer Service team who will be available during this period, with the exception of Public Holidays. For all your enquiries please contact Customer service on 1300 LOCK UP.
Key Cut-off dates:
All Coding/Keying orders required for dispatch prior to Christmas must be received in Production by the following dates:
| Residential/Builders Orders | Cut off Date |
| Residential Orders | Sunday 1st December 2024 |
| Abloy & Commercial Keying Orders | Cut off Date |
| Small Orders (less than 200 cylinders) | Thursday 28th November 2024 |
| Large Orders (Between 200 and 500 Cylinders) | Thursday 21st November 2024 |
| Orders above 500 cylinders | By request |
| Non-Keyed Orders | Cut off Date |
| Non stocked products | Sunday 1st December 2024 |
| Orders for stocked items for delivery prior to Christmas | Thursday 5th December 2024 |
