ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Australia proudly introduces its latest Lock: The Lockwood LW9 Patio Sliding Door Lock. The standout feature of the LW9 is its innovative snib operation. This patented feature is both ergonomic and intuitive, making it easy and enjoyable to use. The snib, a smaller handle inside the D-handle, unlocks the door when pulled in the opening direction and locks it when pushed in the closing direction. This allows for an unlock-open and close-lock process in one fluid motion. The snib not only offers a solid click, providing great feedback during operation but also serves as a subtle visual indicator of the lock's status from a distance.

The lock boasts the top-notch security features our Lockwood customers have come to expect, including dual-select locking, deadlocking, and twin beaks. These features help prevent attempts to lift the sliding door off its track. Crafted with materials that resist corrosion, especially in harsh outdoor environments, this new lock is designed to pair with our esteemed Lockwood Onyx range. Positioned to offer our most popular configuration of an internal D Handle and an external pull, its minimalist design ensures that it complements the aesthetic of any home.
